Disney's Hollywood Studios

Movies can and do have tremendous influence in shaping young lives in the realm of entertainment towards the ideals and objectives of normal adulthood.

Here, you can ride the movies, be a part of the movies, and watch a movie made. Disney has done a fantastic job of grabbing the essence of movie making. And if your lucky, you may even find an actor or two walking the streets between shoots.

As you enter the park, you are looking down Hollywood Blvd towards Mann's Chinese Theater which houses the Great Movie Ride.

This is probably my favorite park, though Epcot is a close second. I love walking down the streets and feeling like I'm in Old Hollywood, and then turning the corner and being transported to another part of the US in the backlot. While some people complain there's not enough to do here, I say, you're not looking hard enough.

Arrive at park opening and head for the Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller Coaster. Get a Fast Pass for one, and then wait in line for the other. This way, you complete to of the rides with the longest lines in the first hour of park operation.

Whenever one of the big shows lets out, attractions in that area increase their wait time tenfold. Pay attention to those and plan accordingly.
