Get in line for the show at least an hour early if you want a good seat. I tried walking in 15 minutes till, and actually was standing in the back overflow section and ended up leaving cause I couldn't see anything.

If there are two shows of Fantasmic, catch the second show. The lines for attractions when the first show is going on are much shorter. The second show will also have fewer people at it, and you can get a good seat without having to show up an hour early.
