Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
FastPassRating: 5 Stars

As the latest and greatest E-Ticket attraction Walt Disney World has, this one is set to thrill. You start of walking through the tour office where you will see plans and notices about trips to Everest. Then you'll reach the platform and begin your journey on a replicated Tea Trolly to help you get up to Mount Everest after passing through the Forbidden Mountain. This of course is where the fun begins.

I haven't ridden this one yet, but very soon I will remedy this.

1,800 tons of steel were used to create the mountain structure (6 times the amount used to create and office building of the same size)

There are more than 900 bamboo plants, 10 species of trees, and 110 species of shrubs for the lowlands around Everest

The Yeti is the largest Audio Animatronic ever built, and if all the pistons inside were able to push together, they would exert 259,000 pounds of force, that's more instant force than a Boeing 747 can exert

The mountain is similar to the Tree of Life "bark", cement on top of a wire frame, then carved and painted to appear like snow, ice, and rock

There is an acre of concrete foundation, 3 feet deep to support these 3 structures

There are 3 independent superstructures intertwined(1. Mountain rigid system, 2. Roller Coaster flexible structure, 3. Yeti flexible support), but none could touch as the coaster or Yeti might shake the mountain structure

Towers over all the other "Disney mountains" at 199 feet tall, 50 feet higher than the tree of life, and 10 feet higher than Cinderella's Castle
